The interior design and fit-out project for Leonardo is located on the 19th floor of Sathorn Square Building (Unit 1901), encompassing a total usable area of 160 square meters. This project represents a thoughtful integration of innovation and sustainability, developed under the core concept of “Sustainable Horizons of Innovation.” The design aims to create a workspace that clearly reflects Leonardo’s position as a global technology leader, while expressing seamless connectivity, precision, and strength through every design element.

Following a comprehensive site analysis, a key environmental challenge was identified: the façade facing Sathorn Road is exposed to strong direct sunlight, particularly in the afternoon. To address this issue and enhance overall user comfort, the design adopts a strategic setback approach, positioning all furniture away from high-exposure zones. Functional areas are carefully arranged in response to natural light conditions, ensuring that the workspace remains both comfortable and efficient throughout the day.

Within the 160-square-meter space, the layout has been carefully planned to accommodate all essential functions in a well-organized and efficient manner. The reception area is seamlessly connected to a model display zone, creating a strong first impression while immediately showcasing the organization’s innovative capabilities. This is complemented by an 8-person meeting room designed for formal discussions, three enclosed offices that provide privacy for executives, and a pantry area that encourages informal interaction and relaxation among staff. Supporting functions, including printing, server, and storage rooms, are also thoughtfully integrated to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

In terms of mood, tone, and material selection, the design emphasizes a sleek and contemporary aesthetic that aligns with Leonardo’s identity as a technology-driven organization. Materials and finishes are carefully curated to reflect precision and modernity, while subtle integration of brand elements enhances the overall spatial experience without overwhelming the design.
