Oatside - Office Interior Design & Fit Out Projects

The OATSIDE workplace was designed to reflect the brand’s playful identity and unconventional approach to everyday products. Inspired by the concept “From Oat Field to OATSIDE World,” the space translates the journey of oats from nature into a vibrant and creative workplace experience. Warm natural materials are combined with bold graphics, organic forms, and cheerful color accents to create an environment that feels approachable, energetic, and distinctly aligned with the brand’s personality.

The design concept focuses on balancing simplicity with creativity. Neutral finishes and light wood textures establish a calm and natural foundation, while OATSIDE’s signature yellow, playful illustrations, and curved architectural details introduce movement and character throughout the office. Large graphic installations and branded feature walls become visual focal points within the workspace, reinforcing the company’s youthful and expressive identity while creating moments of interaction and discovery.

Space planning was developed to support collaboration, flexibility, and everyday social connection. Open workstations are positioned along the window perimeter to maximize daylight and create a bright working environment, while meeting rooms and enclosed discussion spaces provide areas for focused communication and team collaboration. A centrally located pantry and breakout area acts as the heart of the office, encouraging employees to gather, interact, and recharge throughout the day in a more relaxed and informal setting.

Each area within the office was designed to create a different layer of the OATSIDE experience. The meeting rooms combine clean architectural lines with playful branded elements to maintain a professional yet approachable atmosphere. Corridors and transition spaces incorporate bold colors and graphic moments that strengthen visual identity throughout the workplace. Meanwhile, the pantry area was intentionally designed to feel warm, open, and community-oriented, supporting both casual conversations and spontaneous collaboration beyond traditional workspaces.

By combining natural warmth with bold creative expression, the OATSIDE workplace transforms a functional office into an engaging brand environment that reflects the company’s optimistic, friendly, and energetic culture.
