The design reflects the dynamic nature of the logistics industry, supporting flexible working environments while reinforcing a modern and professional corporate identity.

The project was carried out under several challenging constraints, most notably a highly compressed timeline. Triangle IA implemented meticulous planning across every stage of the process, alongside strict progress monitoring and quality control, to ensure timely delivery without compromising design integrity. In addition, restricted site access—limited strictly to after-hours—required careful coordination of manpower, material logistics, and construction sequencing. The team maximized productivity within these constraints, ensuring continuous progress throughout the construction phase.

From a budgetary perspective, the design approach focused on achieving optimal value by carefully selecting materials and design elements that meet functional requirements while maintaining a refined and contemporary aesthetic. At the same time, the project strongly embraced sustainability through the extensive reuse of existing furniture and glass partitions, accounting for over 85% of the total space. Triangle IA conducted detailed assessments of all existing assets and seamlessly integrated them into the new layout. A phased relocation and installation strategy was executed with precision to minimize risk and ensure a smooth transition into the new workspace.
