Ayudhya Allianz

Ayudhya Allianz @Surawong is a satellite office located within an existing office building that is more than 40 years old. The design process therefore had to respond carefully to the constraints of the existing structure, including the column and beam system, limited window openings, and environmental challenges such as traffic noise from the surrounding streets.

Rather than viewing these conditions as limitations, the project embraces them as opportunities to reimagine the space and transform the existing environment into a modern workplace.

The design aims to create an office that responds to the evolving needs of a new generation of professionals while reflecting the identity of Ayudhya Allianz—an organization defined by trust, stability, and confidence.

The result is a contemporary and flexible workplace that enhances both the employee experience and the corporate identity, thoughtfully integrated within the character of the existing building.

A flexible and dynamic workplace designed for a new generation of professionals with diverse ways of working. The office provides a variety of adaptable spaces that support focus, collaboration, informal meetings, and moments of relaxation.

Inspired by the curved form of the Allianz Ayudhya logo, soft flowing lines are integrated into the architecture and interior elements to create a welcoming and connected environment.

The overall atmosphere is modern, relaxed, and inspiring—supporting both the well-being of people and the quality of their work.
