The design of GULF Corporate Office was developed to create a workplace that strengthens connectivity across departments while supporting the dynamic nature of a modern energy organization. Spanning two floors, the office brings together operational, technical, and corporate teams within a cohesive environment that encourages communication, collaboration, and efficient day-to-day workflows. The planning approach focuses on creating clear circulation and intuitive spatial relationships, allowing people to move seamlessly throughout the workplace.

A balance between openness and functionality was central to the design strategy. Open workstations, meeting facilities, training spaces, and collaborative zones are carefully integrated to support a variety of work styles, from focused individual tasks to team discussions and larger group activities. Shared spaces are positioned to promote interaction between departments, fostering a workplace culture built around knowledge sharing and collaboration.

The interior language reflects GULF's progressive corporate identity through clean architectural forms, soft curves, and a restrained material palette. Neutral finishes establish a timeless foundation, while accents of the company's signature blue introduce a strong yet refined brand presence. Glass partitions enhance transparency throughout the office, maximizing natural daylight and maintaining visual connections between teams, while integrated lighting features reinforce a sense of continuity and movement across the space.

Designed with both performance and people in mind, the workplace extends beyond functional requirements to create a comfortable and engaging environment. Informal lounges, waiting areas, and flexible collaboration spaces encourage spontaneous interaction and provide opportunities for employees to connect outside traditional work settings.
