The Viatris office was designed to create a bright, comfortable, and people-centric workplace that reflects the company's commitment to advancing healthcare and improving quality of life. Drawing inspiration from the Viatris brand guidelines, the design integrates natural elements, soft architectural forms, and vibrant brand colors to create an environment that feels both professional and welcoming. The workplace supports a hybrid way of working while encouraging collaboration, wellbeing, and everyday interaction among employees.

The design concept is centered around the idea of "Healthy Workplace, Healthy Connections." Organic curves, greenery features, and natural wood finishes are combined with clean lines and contemporary materials to create a balanced and approachable atmosphere. The use of biophilic elements, including green walls and nature-inspired textures, introduces a sense of wellbeing throughout the office, while accents of Viatris' signature purple and yellow reinforce the brand identity in a subtle yet distinctive way.

Space planning was developed around a central circulation spine that connects key workplace functions. Open workstations are positioned along the perimeter to maximize access to daylight and external views, while a mix of meeting rooms, phone booths, and focus spaces support different working styles. The office also incorporates hot-desking areas for managers, collaborative work zones, and informal breakout spaces, allowing employees to transition easily between focused work and team interaction. This flexible layout helps accommodate both individual productivity and cross-functional collaboration.

Visitors are welcomed through a reception area designed as a contemporary brand experience, featuring soft curved forms, integrated lighting, and greenery elements that immediately establish the office's character. Adjacent to the main workspace, the breakout and co-working area acts as a social hub where employees can meet, work informally, or recharge throughout the day. Dedicated meeting rooms, executive offices, and support spaces are strategically positioned to provide privacy where required while maintaining overall connectivity across the workplace.
